Bill Title: As enacted, clarifies intent of PC 1004 of 2010, imposing $250 drug testing fee on convictions of or grants of diversion for violations of Tennessee Drug Control Act, to apply statewide and not be limited to certain counties. - Amends TCA Section 39-17-420.
