Bill Title: As enacted, extends the Tennessee state veterans' home board, June 30, 2015; requires the division of state audit to return to the Tennessee state veterans' home board in 2014 for the purpose of conducting a limited audit to review actions taken to address the issues raised in the findings of the September 2012 audit report for the board. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 58, Chapter 7.
