Bill Title: As introduced, requires each state, county, and municipal law enforcement agency to collect and submit demographic data to the TBI on any person who is stopped by an officer employed by the agency; requires the TBI to compile and submit a report on the data to the general assembly and the governor on January 1 annually. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 10.
