Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits the use of EBT cards distributed under TANF assistance for the sale of liquor, state lottery games, tobacco, adult oriented entertainment, firearms, vacation services, tattoos or body piercings, jewelry, aesthetics, rent-to-own stores or the payment of any fees ordered by a court. - Amends TCA Title 71, Chapter 3 and Title 71, Chapter 3, Part 1.
