Bill Title: As enacted, requires a divorce court that modifies or makes an existing order of protection part of the divorce decree to issue a separate order of protection; requires the clerk to send a copy of the order to the petitioner, respondent, and the law enforcement agency. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6.
