Bill Title: As introduced, provides that a public or private employer cannot require an applicant for employment or an employee to disclose information about the ownership or storage of a firearm in the applicant or employee's vehicle; gives immunity to property owner for civil actions based upon the storage of a firearm in the employee's vehicle. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
