Bill Title: As introduced, clarifies that a juvenile court may order that a child be assigned a long-term mentor or receive counseling services if the child is found to be a delinquent child based on conduct involving the use of a firearm and adds any offense involving the use of a firearm to the list of offenses for which a juvenile court may transfer a juvenile to adult court. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39 and Title 40.
