Bill Title: As enacted, exempts persons holding a commercial driver license to perform transportation services as employee of federal or state government or political subdivision of the state or an agency established under compact between states and approved by Congress from the requirement that Tennessee commercial driver license holders must maintain valid medical card; exemption does not apply to passenger, school bus or hazardous material endorsement. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 50.
