Bill Title: As introduced, requires that surgical procedures to terminate a pregnancy be performed in an ambulatory surgical treatment center (ASTC); removes current language requiring providers performing a substantial number of those procedures to be performed in an ASTC; removes requirement that medical terminations of a pregnancy be performed in an ASTC. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 11.
