Bill Title: As introduced, provides that forfeitures of property seized as result of the property being used to commit a sexual offense against a minor on or after July 1, 2010, is by the judicial procedure rather than administrative law judge procedure but disposition of proceeds remains the same. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40, Chapter 33.
