Bill Title: As introduced, establishes $500 as the minimum fine for a person's unlawful trespass onto a school bus or other school premises; makes it an unlawful trespass for certain persons to enter onto a school bus without first obtaining authorization to do so from the bus driver; authorizes an LEA or public charter school to post on its respective school buses notice of a potential trespass violation if a person enters onto the school bus without first obtaining authorization to do so from the bus driver. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 1 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
