Bill Title: As enacted, requires the local government insurance committee and the local education insurance committee to provide for the financing of the health insurance plan for employees of local governments and quasi-governmental organizations and the group insurance plan for eligible employees of local education agencies, respectively, and determine premiums, co-payments, benefit levels, and the disposition of government grants and subsidies to assist in the funding and provision of health insurance for enrolled individuals. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 27.
