Bill Title: As enacted, requires utility districts, water systems, and wastewater facilities to submit annual reports to the utility management review board or the water and wastewater financing board, as applicable; authorizes the boards to impose sanctions on utility districts, water systems, and wastewater facilities that fail to submit the reports on time. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 82, Part 3 and Title 68, Chapter 221, Part 10.
