Bill Title: As enacted, requires any county election commission desiring to use ballot-on-demand technology to have approval by the coordinator of elections 60 days before any election; requires the coordinator of elections and the state election commission to provide an approved list of available ballot-on-demand technology vendors from which the county election commission must select for use. - Amends TCA Section 2-5-209.
