Bill Title: As enacted, specifies that the evaluation and treatment of persons who have had their lives significantly impacted by compulsive gambling disorder are within the scope of alcohol and other drug abuse counseling services that may be performed by licensed drug and alcohol counselors; requires that a counselor have at least 60 hours of specialized education in order to evaluate or treat a person significantly impacted by compulsive gambling disorder. - Amends TCA Title 33; Title 68, Chapter 11 and Title 68, Chapter 24.
