Bill Title: As enacted, extends the Tennessee peace officers standards and training commission, June 30, 2019; authorizes the attorney general and reporter to designate another person to serve in the attorney general's place as a member of the commission; changes the voting status of the two legislator members of the commission who are appointed by their respective speakers from nonvoting to voting. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2 and Title 38, Chapter 8, Part 1.
