Bill Title: As enacted, establishes requirements that must be met in order for a local government or any transit authority created by any local government to construct, maintain or operate any bus rapid transit system using a separate lane, or other separate right-of-way, dedicated to the use of such bus rapid transit system on any state highway or state highway right-of-way. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 54; Title 64 and Title 67.
