Bill Title: As enacted, redefines "project" for purposes of industrial development corporations in Goodlettsville to include purchase, acquisition, leasing, construction and equipping of hotels and motels within any municipality that is located partly within a county having a metropolitan form of government and partly within an adjacent county. - Amends TCA Section 7-53-101(13).
