Tennessee House Bill 1313 (Prior Session Legislation)

Bill Title: As introduced, requires the comptroller of the treasury, in cooperation with the Tennessee regulatory authority, to provide the annual report on the status of the provision of broadband services by telecommunications joint ventures to the chairs of the business and utilities committee of the house and the senate commerce and labor committee; changes the due date for the report from January 31 to January 15. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 7 and Title 65, Chapter 21.
