Bill Title: As enacted, limits who may be named as defendants in a healthcare liability action; provides that in the event a person, entity, or healthcare provider receives notice of a potential claim for healthcare liability, the person, entity, or healthcare provider must, within 30 days of receiving the notice, based upon any reasonable knowledge and information available, provide written notice to the potential claimant of any other person, entity, or healthcare provider who may be a properly named defendant. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 26, Part 1.
