Bill Title: As introduced, requires the expunction of the juvenile record of any child adjudicated delinquent from 1998 to the present if children in the same jurisdiction, adjacent jurisdictions, or the same county as the child received pretrial diversion for the same offense. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1 and Title 40, Chapter 15.
