Bill Title: As introduced, allows any sole proprietor or partner engaged in the construction industry, or a member of an LLC engaged in the construction industry, to elect to be exempt from the operation of this chapter, provided that no more than three members of an LLC may make such election. - Amends TCA Title 1, Chapter 3; Title 29; Title 39, Chapter 11; Title 50; Title 56, Title 68 and Chapter ___ of the Public Acts of 2010 (Ex. Sess.) (Senate Bill 1 / House Bill 7 of the First Extraordinary Session).
