Bill Title: As enacted, revises provisions governing penalties imposed on server permit holders for certain violations; requires any employee, representative, or agent of a permittee whose duties include verifying that a person is 21 years of age or older for the purpose of authorizing the person access to the premises of the permittee to require each person seeking access to the premises whose physical appearance does not reasonably demonstrate an age of 50 years or older to present a valid, government-issued document or other acceptable form of identification that includes the photograph and birth date of the person. - Amends TCA Section 57-1-201; Section 57-3-204; Section 57-3-704; Section 57-3-706; Section 57-3-818 and Title 57, Chapter 5, Part 6.
