Bill Title: As introduced, requires the state treasurer to submit an annual report by March 1, 2017, and March 1 in subsequent years, to the chairs of the finance, ways and means committees of both houses on investments of federal funds, which funds have been received by the state and for which the investments are required by applicable federal law. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9 and Title 71.
