Bill Title: As introduced, requires an insurer, on policies offered on or after January 1, 2015, to specify the type of insurance being offered at the top of the offer document in bold print and in at least eleven point font or larger; and authorizes the commissioner of commerce and insurance to promulgate rules thereto. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 56.
