Bill Title: As introduced, allows homeowners’ associations, neighborhood associations, neighborhood watch or any organized group of residents that live within a residential area to seek an order of protection prohibiting entry into the residential boundaries against an offender with three or more convictions for theft, burglary, rape or criminal homicide. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
