Bill Title: As introduced, requires the state board of cosmetology and barber examiners to promulgate rules to establish a system to timely notify an accused applicant or licensee of the board’s receipt of a complaint filed against such person, and to create statutes of limitations similar to those established for real estate brokers. - Amends TCA Title 62.
