Bill Title: As enacted, requires that whenever a business organization's address is required on a document to be filed with the secretary of state, and the United States postal service does not deliver mail to the address, then a mailing address that the United States postal service does deliver mail to shall be provided. - Amends TCA Title 48 and Title 61.
