Bill Title: As enacted, requires the board of optometry to list on its web site the organizations whose continuing education courses are deemed approved to meet the requirements of the board; specifies that courses by such organizations will be considered approved by the board and will be available to optometrists as a means of satisfying annual continuing education obligation, in addition to the continuing education courses that have been approved by the Council on Optometric Practitioner Education. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.
