Bill Title: As enacted, extends the controlled substance database advisory committee two years to June 30, 2018; requires the advisory committee to appear before the government operations joint evaluation committee on education, health and general welfare no later than November 18, 2016, to provide an update on the advisory committee's progress in addressing the findings set forth in the October 2015 performance audit report issued by the division of state audit. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 53, Chapter 10.
