Bill Title: As introduced, requires that the waste tire program be managed for most beneficial end use, defines must beneficial end use, and replaces authorization to provide grants from the solid waste management fund for recreational uses with a requirement that such funds be used to contract with a mobile tire shredder. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 211, Part 8.
