Bill Title: As enacted, specifies that persons who are employed by an LEA in a position for which no teaching license is required must be hired at the will of the director of schools; requires local boards of education to develop policies for dismissing employees in positions for which no teaching license is required. - Amends TCA Section 49-2-301.
