Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits the commissioner of labor and workforce development from promulgating a rule that would allow a substitute teacher to be eligible for unemployment benefits from the school district for which the teacher is working, unless there has been a separation between the teacher and the school district. - Amends TCA Title 50, Chapter 7, Part 2.
