Bill Title: As enacted, adds as a requirement for issuance of an investigations company license that the applicant possess, or employ at least one person who possesses, at least 2,000 hours of compensated, verifiable investigative experience satisfactory to the private investigation and polygraph commission; requirement would not apply to any person who has been issued an investigations company license prior to July 1, 2009; revises other various provisions relative to private investigators. - Amends TCA Section 62-26-206.
