Bill Title: As enacted, requires a written agreement between local government and private property owners allowing agricultural use of real property owned by the local government by the private property owners to continue to be valid after the sale or transfer of property if the sale or transfer is made to another local government or state agency. - Amends TCA Title 11 and Title 12, Chapter 1.
