Bill Title: As enacted, permits a person to have their records expunged after being charged with a misdemeanor or felony that was dismissed, if the person was convicted of an offense related to the same criminal conduct or a lesser included offense but that offense was a moving or nonmoving traffic violation; allows partial expunction in certain circumstances. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 32.
