Bill Title: As enacted, permits retired correctional officers and inmate relations coordinators previously employed by the department of corrections to apply to obtain certification to carry a weapon in this state in the same manner as a retired law enforcement officer obtains certification to carry in this state. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 8 and Title 39, Chapter 17.
