Bill Title: As introduced, requires a plaintiff receiving in a judgment less than 80 percent of the settlement amount offered in a lawsuit or a defendant owing a judgment more than 120 percent of the settlement amount offered in a lawsuit prior to trial to pay certain litigation expenses of the opposing party. - Amends TCA Title 25.
