Bill Title: As introduced, permits a court in which a petition for grandparent visitation has been filed to consider documents and affidavits from the custodial parent; confers upon judge the authority to terminate the custody hearing if the judge believes the decision to terminate visitation was joint and mutual and that there is evidence that one or more of the grandparents abused the children. - Amends TCA Title 36 and Title 37.
