Bill Title: As introduced, allows a voter, who does not possess the required proof of identification, to appear in person at the county election commission office during the early voting period, sign an affidavit of identity, and pose for a digital photograph; thereupon, the voter would be allowed to vote in the election. - Amends TCA Section 2-7-112.
