Bill Title: As enacted, replaces the term "qualified zone academy project" with the term "school credit bond project" in the Tennessee State School Bond Authority Act; authorizes the TSSBA to allocate, on behalf of the state, the national zone academy bond limitation allocated to the state among the state, local governments and public charter schools; revises other various provisions governing school credit bond projects. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 49.
