Bill Title: As introduced, extends licensure period from two to four years; authorizes executive director of board of funeral directors and embalmers to grant application for license renewal or reinstatement received beyond the prescribed expiration date upon a finding that a licensee was not aware of the receipt of such written notice due to illness. - Amends TCA Title 62, Chapter 5.
