Bill Title: As introduced, prohibits the use of corporal punishment against a student with an individualized education program (IEP), except corporal punishment may be used against a student who has an IEP because the student is intellectually gifted if all current procedures for use of corporal punishment are followed. - Amends TCA Title 49.
