Bill Title: As enacted, simplifies the reporting requirements of the commissioner of education relative to LEAs' Internet acceptable use policies by allowing commissioner to post the report on the department's web site and give notice of the posting via email to the chairs of the education committees in lieu of submitting the biennial report to the chairs. - Amends TCA Title 49.
