Bill Title: As enacted, prohibits any non-elected body of a municipality, county, or metropolitan government from enacting an ordinance or issuing a rule or regulation pertaining to the provision of food nutritional information or from otherwise regulating menus at food service establishments; extends primary responsibility for implementing and supervising any federally mandated requirement regarding the provision of food nutritional information at food service establishments to the department of health, if the federal action specifically authorizes state departments to enforce such requirements.
