Bill Title: As introduced, under certain circumstances, prohibits the state from entering into, or renewing, a contract with a pharmacy benefits manager where the pharmacy benefits manager has an ownership interest in a pharmacy in its network, or the pharmacy has an ownership interest in the pharmacy benefits manager. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3; Title 56, Chapter 7 and Title 71, Chapter 5.
