Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes department to establish veteran cemeteries, in addition to the three cemeteries required under present law, as needed, by using federal planning criteria in order to receive federal grant funding to assist with establishing the additional cemeteries. - Amends TCA Section 46-6-101.
