Summary

As enacted, states that training for guardians ad litem shall include early childhood, child and adolescent development provided by a qualified professional; requires permanency hearings for children in foster care to be held within 12 months of previous permanency hearing. - Amends TCA Section 37-1-149; Section 37-2-409 and Section 37-1-129.
