As enacted, imposes certain requirements on persons providing roofing goods and services in regard to contracts for certain services; provides for certain notice; allows for cancellation of contract in certain circumstances if consumer discovers repair is not covered by insurance. - Amends TCA Title 47; Title 56 and Title 62.
