Summary

As introduced, deletes the requirement of the state board to develop a standard form to collect statistical information of zero tolerance violations in the local schools to be annually reported by the director of schools; requires the department to analyze the data on zero tolerance collected from the local and county school boards and include the information in the student discipline report; deletes the requirement that the department track all expelled students and their progress. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 42.
